Service was performed, but dash lights that worked before service do not work now. I left 2 voicemails regarding this issue, and neither call was returned. I am leaving this review because Southaven Honda has taken my money and did me wrong. The first time was when I had my air filters replaced. They charged me and did not install my covers on the inside f taken my money and did me wrong. The first time was when I had my air filters replaced. They charged me and did not install my covers on the inside filter that cost me over $120. The next time my car had a warranty issue. Was leaking oil at the head cover gasket. My paper work show where they charged for the repair and claim to have put the oil back. Not sure why they did not just simply changed the oil since it was at 10% life. They did not replace the oil. I checked it the next day while I was at work and it was barely past the low mark. Glad they fixed the leak. Last issue is I took my car to get the oil changed, yes somewhere else. Before that all maintenance was done at Southaven honda. The people said that the bolts and screws were missing on my under carriage pan. Been wanting to go back and see if they would at least replace the screws. I am afraid to let them touch my car. It might come back with other issues since most of the things are electronics and computer driven. Plus I know the last time i was there I asked about the vehicle updates. That was not done either. All sounding super shady. When I asked for clarification, I was yelled at and basically hung up on. Still waiting to hear back from the dealer on what is going on with the process of buying my car.
