After my 120,000$ suv broke down, the dealer refused to give me a rental, we were traveling with a family of 5 to OBX in NC. Had to go to an airport to get a rental there. Service manager promised to mail some personal belongings to my house as I am out of state 300 miles away and the vehicle wasn’t getting fixed for few more weeks, and he blatantly lied to me- I never received anything. They finally delivered the vehicle to my house after 7 weeks being at their shop, the 120,000$ vehicle was filthy and stunk inside of it. More
They sell you all these bumper to bumper repairs and replacement warranties and then claim you don't have them and try to charge you. Messed up computer system between the departments? Maybe. But trying to get in for oil changes is a mess too. The website lets you make appointments during lunch and they refuse to take your car and make you come back first come first serve after lunch. I am so unhappy with this dealership that I would grant negative stars if I could! More

I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change. After an hour my car had not been moved. I went to inquire about the status and was told my vehicle was next in line. An hour later my vehicle was still in the lot and had not been moved. No one came to update me nor at least check in with me. I went again to ask what was happening and was finally told they were short staffed and I could leave and come back later if I needed to. I had been waiting for 2 hours at this time. I explained that I had another appointment that I could not be late for and needed to leave by 12:45 at the very latest. My car was started at 12:15 and returned to me with the oil changed but unwashed and not vacuumed as I had been told it would be with each service. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of customer service I received for my VERY FIRST appointment with this dealership. More
I had an appointment for a Friday morning, I dropped my vehicle off Thursday evening. Needless to say I didn’t get my car back till the following Wednesday, I was having a state inspection and oil sensor s vehicle off Thursday evening. Needless to say I didn’t get my car back till the following Wednesday, I was having a state inspection and oil sensor switch replaced. My bill was crazy expensive and customer service is horrible. Won’t go there again ! More
