Service advisor had to call the day of my service appointment, nobody did anything with my truck while he was out. Could not get a hold of anyone since they use an offsite call center that forwarded appointment, nobody did anything with my truck while he was out. Could not get a hold of anyone since they use an offsite call center that forwarded my message to the advisor that was out. Went in the next morning and the on duty manager told me if I was going to raise my voice he was going to walk away. Was promised to hear from the service manager and his boss but shockingly I have not heard from neither since. The most miss managed service center I have ever dealt with, To the point it is not worth my time for even the free oil changes and state inspections. Would give zero stars if possible. More

Arrived at 10:30am for my scheduled appointment. After waiting roughly four hours, I spoke to the front desk for an ETA on the safety recall maintenance for my KIA SOUL. Even inquiring if my car was After waiting roughly four hours, I spoke to the front desk for an ETA on the safety recall maintenance for my KIA SOUL. Even inquiring if my car was finished since I saw it parked in the back. Personnel gave me an ETA of 3:30-4:00pm for it to be complete. It wasn't until around 4:30pm that I received my car with the completed maintenance. I could understand if a reason was given for such a delay but none was provided. Waiting 6hrs for this was excessive and I hope they can become more efficient OR provide an explanation in the future. More

My oil change took less than 30 minutes and Dekwan explained everything that was done and what was recommended for the nex was able to get y calling.
