The process to get it in was easy at first. I took it in, got approval for warranty work then my service advisor vanished and I called and emailed upper management to no avail. Probably called more than ten times trying to find out what was going on and rarely if ever got a call back. Took a month to get someone to finally schedule another auto get the work done. When I finally got it scheduled, it was another month away and when I picked it up, there was confusion about if I was in warranty and such but it got figured out. The final people who assisted me were cool but it shouldn’t be a three month (four almost if you found the wait for the first appointment) process to get work done. People kept saying others would call me back and no one ever did. I could understand if I was being difficult but I was just trying to follow up on work that was already approved and it was a huge hassle. More

Very disappointed as when I made my appointment for recalls to be fixed I mentioned that I had abs light, tracking light and airbag lights on dash so asked if recall would correct issue and was informe recalls to be fixed I mentioned that I had abs light, tracking light and airbag lights on dash so asked if recall would correct issue and was informed that it would. The service advisors Sean and Dekwan are always professional and courteous. The auto techs need to ensure the paper to protect the mats, any plastic paper and the maintenance repair tags are remove professional and courteous.
