I originally brought my car in for a recall. I was later told the next day that the part needed to be ordered and they would call me once it arrived. The service department called and I made an appointment to bring the car back. I dropped the car off on a Wednesday night and you all kept it for over a week! There was zero communication on the status of the car unless I initiated it and phone calls are never answered. The next thing I know, I received a phone call from the service department stating that the spoiler of my car had just come in and would I like to make an appointment to have the work done. I told the lady that they had had my car for over a week!! When I asked if I could have a loaner car, I was told that she would have to ask her manager. There was no sympathy or apologies given. I then told her that I would appreciate my car being ready by tomorrow and was told that they would try to do that but no guarantees could be made. I find this to be absolutely unacceptable. It’s very disappointing to me because I had a wonderful experience with the sales team and it’s a completely different story with the service department. More
Had 8am appt, didn't leave until 10:30-11am for oil change and tire rotation. Asked about getting battery replaced in Key fob told it cost $12, when I took my wife's Kia to First team Kia they replaced change and tire rotation. Get my invoice and it has a price of $108.99 or something like that for an oil change, i was confused cause I bought my Telluride from this exact dealership, apparently the lady had to look it up, because the system didn't show i had bought the car at that dealership. Then I get my keys and my car isn't even in the front. Im search all around for my car. My car was still in the back. No one had drove it around front. More

When I brought my car in all the dashboard lights were coming on. I was told I would have to make a separate appt to get that checked out.
