My not even three year old truck that I bought there has also been inoperable and towed three times and it’s a 2022 bought new. Dealership has absolutely terrible customer service from the bottom to the top, all the way to the general manager. Buying my vehicle there has been the worst mistake I’ve ever made. More
Today went to dealership after they called me to tell me according to onstar which i dont have active in my vehicle says im at 27% oil life and to set my appointment up to get my free oil change only to be according to onstar which i dont have active in my vehicle says im at 27% oil life and to set my appointment up to get my free oil change only to be told it was my last free oil change and no more free state inspections by advisor antwane because I was put on a "list" by their dealership because I don't buy extra services from them even though the manufacturer doesn't have any until 45k miles currently my vehicle only has 35k miles on it. The only thing that was due was wiper blades which i just replaced along with the air filters. I don't appreciate the scare tactics used by the dealer and service advisors. When I purchased the vehicle it says in black and white free oil changes and state inspections as long as I own the vehicle and the original owner. I've purchased 4 vehicles from them total and will definitely not be purchasing one from them ever again and will nit be getting any service work performed by them in the future. Also when I was told my vehicle was done I went to pick up the keys and my advisor while leaving the office unattended and door open told me my keys and paperwork are on the counter and to sign one paper take the other and get my keys off the counter not a very safe practice because anyone could've taken my keys and car then left with it or I could've walked off with any other vehicle that had keys on the counter and drove off with it. I had an appointment for my 2022 Telluride SX. Once again, I had a great experience dropping off and picking up my Ride. Dekwan was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about my Ride and her Once again, I had a great experience dropping off and picking up my Ride. Dekwan was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about my Ride and her needs. He told me that he would call me with the Technician’s recommendations, if any were needed. He did call me with an update and helped me set up an appointment for the necessary follow up work. Although I didn’t catch the names of the 2 Service Reps when I picked up my car, they were wonderful as well. More

I used to be very happy with this dealership, until I bought the 2017 Canyon from them. I admit they have been pretty good about fixing most of the problems with it, but I don't think they have done any bought the 2017 Canyon from them. I admit they have been pretty good about fixing most of the problems with it, but I don't think they have done anything to fix the problem only I seem to notice with the transmission. The last time they could find a problem the extended warranty said they had to change the transmission fluid (which had been done before) and update the software (which I feel GMC should have covered) and I had to pay for myself. That fixed the major shaking but I still think it shifts too rough. More
