Everything was great, until when it was time to pickup my car. A long wait for someone to assist you and I was told my the reception to basically go in the parking lot and look for my car. Since I purchased my car and take it for service, my car was always pulled up for me after payment, but the last few months, I had to go look for it in the parking lot. The customer service has not met expectations in a while. Makes me desire to trade my make of car. More

Had to call multiple times because the service department wouldn't answer or would be hung up on. Then when I was told my car was ready they had done half of the service I requested.
