I made an appointment but when I got there they said I didn't have an appointment. The Service Guy worked me in the schedule. Took 3 hours. Said they had problems with the AI application. Scheduled appt for 11:40 on Friday for a check engine light. Rode in with tow truck around 10:45. Vehicle was taken in and I waited until after 2pm.
