My advisor Kevin never would give me a call back, never gave information on my car or my cost after multiple calls and messages. Decided to just go to the dealership before they closed to pick up my car to gave information on my car or my cost after multiple calls and messages. Decided to just go to the dealership before they closed to pick up my car to find out car was not worked on and is being kept until the next day. Very inconvenient especially not knowing I wouldn’t have a car the next day. More
