Most lacking service department I have ever dealt with. No up front communication with customers. Make someone sit in the waiting area for hrs before being told the part isn't there and will need to be or No up front communication with customers. Due to the construction and poor conditions this is not a pleasant shop to work with. Need to have the oil filters in stock, instead of having to order the oil filter and have a customer wait. Second time I have used the dealer and have had to take the plastic and floor mat cover to the tras to order the oil filter and have a customer wait. Second time I have used the dealer and have had to take the plastic and floor mat cover to the trash along with the customer tag from the rear view mirror. Remove the skid plate from the truck and change the oil, or clean it off after oil change when I bring it home I have oil drip all over the drive way due to oil puddles on the skid plate because it wasent removed. You garage is the worst, you make appointment to see someone to make the real appointment. Even then we were told we didn't have one until a pulled my phone ans proved it. I don't trust your company.
