I had a situation at Southern Chevrolet, once it was brought to the attention of management it was quickly rectified. Promises made on when my vehicle would be ready. Failure to answer or return my calls. The left several messages still no call back. I had to drive to the dealership only to find out that my vehicle Failure to answer or return my calls. The left several messages still no call back. I had to drive to the dealership only to find out that my vehicle wouldn't be ready to the next day. At one point I was told you can take the car if you want to and cancel the work. Ridiculous!!
