Very disappointing. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday for an oil change State inspection and open recall. Nancy informed me that she was not sure if the part was in f I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday for an oil change State inspection and open recall. Nancy informed me that she was not sure if the part was in for the recall and if it was, it would take a full day to do the recall. I responded that was fine as long as I got my vehicle back by Thursday evening. If it was going to take longer than that, I can bring it back, but to just do the state inspection and oil change if the part was not in and cannot be completed by Thursday evening. She stated she would call me to let me know about the part. I never received a call about the part. My vehicle was not ready on Thursday. It was not ready on Friday till the evening and I needed it back prior to. If it’s not going to be ready by the day, the customer asked which in this case was three days they should call the customer and inform them that it’s not gonna be ready. I went a week without a vehicle. More

I was charged for services I did not approve. I was told I would be contacted once problem was diagnosed and told price to fix. Instead more services than I requested were completed without my kn I was told I would be contacted once problem was diagnosed and told price to fix.
