The actual service technicians are great, but the communication, timeliness, and friendliness of the service advisors is absolutely abysmal. There were never any updates given unless I specifically would reach out. And even then they would never call answer or call back. I hate to reach out through the automated text system. More

This time I had two vehicles scheduled back to back for state inspections with limited time for me to do pickups when done. After waiting 3 hours for an oil change, balance & rotation and to repair a slow leak, no one told me they couldn't repair the tire but balanced it and out on the front.
