I’m very pleased with the service I received from Southern Chevrolet from start to finish. I live in Elizabeth City. The dealership here couldn’t fit me in until August 20, 2025. I got an appt with S Southern Chevrolet from start to finish. I live in Elizabeth City. The dealership here couldn’t fit me in until August 20, 2025. I got an appt with Southern Chevrolet right away. I took them only 2 days to complete the work on my truck. I’m sure it would’ve been less time if the bogus warranty that I had wasn’t a factor. I didn’t even recognize my truck when I picked it up because it was so shiny and clean !!!! I’m not used to getting a complimentary car wash when I get my car serviced, which is a bonus! This is now my go to dealership for any of my Chevy truck needs. More

When I was looking to get my truck inspected most of the areas garages had a two day wait. DeeDee was wonderful. She was managing all the customers in a very professional way even though she had to be str areas garages had a two day wait. DeeDee was wonderful. She was managing all the customers in a very professional way even though she had to be stressed as her partner did not make it to work. My truck was inspected and DeeDee called to let me know. When time came to pay I was advised that Southern didn't charge for inspections. I will be sure to tell my friends. More
