Unsatisfactory communication. My car was evaluated on a Saturday and by the following Friday (5 days later) information still had not been sent to warranty for approval. I then stated that I would pay to get my car back and to order the parts. Saturday parts were ordered. Tuesday the information is submitted to warranty. Wrong parts arrive Wednesday. Correct parts arrive and car is ready Friday (Warranty also approved on Friday). If I had waited for the warranty request to be submitted no action would have been taken on my car for 7 days. I was told that it was busy and I arrived without notice. No mention was made that my car could not be seen for a week. I would have gone elsewhere. Part way through this, I left a message with the service manager - no call back received. The service rep was pleasant but lacked communication. More

Took my truck for an annual oil change at 83000 miles. Service center said they found metal shavings in the truck and their tech couldn’t remove the oil filter. Said the truck needed to be kept over the w Service center said they found metal shavings in the truck and their tech couldn’t remove the oil filter. Said the truck needed to be kept over the weekend until they had another tech come in to remove the filter. I asked for a loaned vehicle since it was an issue that couldn’t be resolved on that Saturday. There were no available loaner vehicles. I’ve since called the dealership to see about my warranties as instructed by the woman on the service side, who was helpful and understanding. I haven’t heard back from the dealership and no one has returned my call from the finance department concerning the issue. More
Always good but need parts on hand for quick turnaround. I just saw them Dodgers on my car CARON needs. I just hope that they can go ahead and turn things around faster with having parts on hand.
