Went for a pill change. When I pick my trust up there was spilled oil all over my engine down to the tire. It was awful. Regular wash didn't remove the oil. Brought my new truck in to fix the uconnect problem. Never fixed it. Recently brought my truck in for an oil change, recall, and tire rotation. They spilled oil all over my engine. Now my new truck sm Never fixed it. Recently brought my truck in for an oil change, recall, and tire rotation. They spilled oil all over my engine. Now my new truck smells like a 20 year old farm truck. They say they tried to clean it but all they did is let the engine run to try and burn it off. After tire rotation I felt a vibration from the rear. Turns out only 1 lug nut was tightened on right rear wheel. They have lost my trust. The service advisor did his job great. Kept me informed and even got me a free rental. It’s the techs in the back that do a poor job. More
