There was terrible customer service at this location. We’ve tried calling to make an appointment and did not get an answer. Tried the online appointment option and that didn’t work. So we brought our new truck in and the service center was rude about us doing that. We only needed a fuel filter and oil change. They responded we might can get to it tomorrow. We dread having to deal with them at all after spending $70,000 on a truck. More

The service was great! I was treated like VIP . I even was shuttled back home after dropping my car off for routine maintenance and State Inspection. I was offered a shut I was treated like VIP .
