I had my Oil Change on 11/25/2024 and the Change oil light came on 1/25. So when I made this appt. found out that they had to do an oil change and reset the sensor. What would of happened if I had blow light came on 1/25. So when I made this appt. found out that they had to do an oil change and reset the sensor. What would of happened if I had blown me Engine? Would I be getting a new Jeep due to your error. There is always something with this Dealership. More

Terrible overall service. Had an appointment scheduled for 7:30 am. Arrived early for appointment to be informed my appointment was at 8 am. Needed service for a Malfunctioned Had an appointment scheduled for 7:30 am. Arrived early for appointment to be informed my appointment was at 8 am. Needed service for a Malfunctioned active headrest and a diagnostic check on passenger side lock. Was told my vehicle would be ready in the afternoon and that I would be given any updates on any repairs that would be needed. No updates until after I reached out at 4:30 pm. I was told my car hasn’t even been seen because the service team was running behind on other vehicles and low on team members. My vehicle stayed overnight after I was told that I would have an update and/or my vehicle by 10:30 am. Once again received no updates throughout the morning. Reached out at noon for an update. No updates were given. Went to the service department in person for an update only to be told that my car would be getting checked in the afternoon. I left with my vehicle after no service or updates from the advisor. Very unprofessional and total waste of time. Will not be returning and do not recommend. Advisor for scheduled service was Tim. Katie knew exactly what I was there for as I arrived. As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle she directed me to the lounge. It was nice to know that she was prepared. They quickly fixed the problem and sat with me in the vehicle to make sure I knew how to use the functions they corrected. All employees that I encountered were very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate their service. These employees removed the "dreadful going to a dealership" feeling away, and I won't hesitate to return with my vehicle should I need any repairs. More
