Tina was great in the end. I brought my truck in for the 67a recall. When I dropped it off the service people did not know anything about the extended warranty on the emissions I brought my truck in for the 67a recall. When I dropped it off the service people did not know anything about the extended warranty on the emissions system that would be started after the recall. They actually were rude to me and told me that "Cummins & Chrysler have nothing to do with each other." Tina was not rude it was the guy that she was looking to for answers. When I picked up my truck after the recall I showed Tina the paper work from Chrysler that gave the details on the extended warranty...she was truly shocked. More
Brought truck in for battery issue only to find out there was an associated issue in the engine compartment that was causing the battery to fail. My vehicle was in their shop for two weeks, and not only 1 of the addressed issues were fixed, but I now have a new transmission installed, and the mechanic seems hesitant to work any other components of the vehicle.
