If you want anything done in a timely manner do not use this dealership. I went in to have a state inspection done and was greeted with a host of service personnel that wanted nothing to do with helping a this dealership. I went in to have a state inspection done and was greeted with a host of service personnel that wanted nothing to do with helping anyone. I stood in front of their service desk for 25 minutes before someone told me they would be right with me, another 10 minutes to be told I couldn’t get the inspection done because the techs were getting ready to go to lunch. Very unprofessional environment unfriendly staff I’ll go elsewhere! More
