Nothing can remedy the situation. Y'all messed up. Scheduled appointment, parts shoud have been available. It is not my responsibility to call for availability of parts. Cost of repair was extortion. Each time I have been to this location, I have requested to be contacted on land line as I do not have cell phone glued to my hip! Staff persists on leving message on cell phone. I no longer own the car. I will not be returning to Southern Ford and will not reconsider. .
