I scheduled a recall R&R of my 2107 F-150 Master cylinder. I confirmed parts in stock. I dropped my truck off on Sunday afternoon for my Monday appointment. I have other service type issues, oil change, brake fluid flush and tune up I was considering having done. I am amazed that this dealership can tolerate this level of customer service. I cannot say enough good things about Southern Ford in Newport News. The process purchasing our Explorer was great, they were extremely accommodating. With the help from Elijah, Manny, and Phillip we were able to stay on the road with a vehicle while service was being completed. Constant updates from these individuals through the whole process. With no real appointment they fit our vehicle in and did a great job getting it back on the road. This dealership is phenomenal and everyone we have dealt with has been amazing. More

Phone call setting up the appointment was challenging. Wouldn't articulate what was or wasn't covered on 10,000 mile check in. Very little work done on vehicle. I guess they changed the oil, hope they rotated the tires. Wiper fluid light was low, they didn't fill it. Don't think they changed the blades. Didn't even give the vehicle a courtesy wash inside or outside. Vehicle is still getting 10 mph fewer per gallon than advertised, they said nothing is wrong with it (Rob told me on the last visit that it must because a buy 'cheap' gas (I buy at wawa and costco)). Wheels squeek and groan when turning or reversing, and still do after 10,000 mile servicing. It's a brand new truck, they shouldn't. I wouldn't have bought Ford, and certainly not here, if I new this would be the experience. More
