I was charged for the gloves, glasses, cleaners and more that were used to change my oil and do my state inspection. At one time state inspection were no charge, now without notice they are no longer free. that were used to change my oil and do my state inspection. Not a fan of animals at work in a public setting, that clearly are not service animals. I really did not appreciate a dog sniffing me at your dealership. I’m sure my state inspection was charged to me, because I did not purchase my truck there. And after my last visit, I will not come back for service nor will I ever buy a new car or truck from this dealership. More
