Very difficult to deal with finance department! !! They owed me money on an unwanted extended warranty. It took EIGHT MONTHS to apply it to my loan as the amount collected interest. Then they did !! They owed me money on an unwanted extended warranty. It took EIGHT MONTHS to apply it to my loan as the amount collected interest. Then they didn't reimburse me for the sales tax I paid on the product I never used. It's a little over $100, but how absolutely SHADY. More
