Your salesman needs to work on his customer service. ..once the sale is made your presentation is not over. Keep your promises . We would never buy or refer anyone to him at all!!! 😔 Whoever cleaned the ..once the sale is made your presentation is not over. Keep your promises . We would never buy or refer anyone to him at all!!! 😔 Whoever cleaned the car before we took it smoked in the car and we don't smoke and we can't get that funky smell out and no one offered to have it cleaned I'm very disappointed in tactics display by your so called sales team If we didn't drive so far to get to you from Norfolk we would have left it there. Tell him not to also promise someone a tank of gas and not follow through This was not a good experience!!! More
