When I first arrived, I had just started my car looking. The associate that helped me was very understanding and took his time with me. When I contacted him to let him know that I was interrested in buyin The associate that helped me was very understanding and took his time with me. When I contacted him to let him know that I was interrested in buying, he was ready to help. Shayne (my sales rep), the sales manager, and the finance manager worked really hard to get the car within my max budget and were very respectful. I never felt uncomfortable. I used to go to the Hampton location for service but ever since I discovered Southern Hyundai in Newport News I have been hooked because of their exceptional service.
