Very kind staff and welcoming. Lamar is a great guy to be taken care of by and very patient specially with my mom on our second visit. The process to buy a new car here was a bit longer than expected compared to my experience when buying a new vehicle at other dealers but Southern more than made up for it by having a friendlier staff. Also high five to the big guy who continuously interacted with my 6month old Daughter (sorry forgot your name) he made a big highlight of my visit. My mom was also looking to getting a newer car and my positive experience led me to bring her to Southern. I love my new Santa Cruz and overall my opinion of the Hyundai brand has very much improved a lot. More
