They have always been friendly, informative and professional. I am 64 years old and I don’t think I have ever encountered two more dedicated, customer-oriented individuals. Zac Chandanais was also friendly, knowledgeable , professional and extremely helpful in getting my engine replaced.. I am sure Hall is aware of how lucky they are to have such dedicated and awesome employees. Awful Dealer tried to charge as much as possible Tried to charge me $60 more than they quoted over the phone, gave me three different versions of what was required including unnecessary work, tried Tried to charge me $60 more than they quoted over the phone, gave me three different versions of what was required including unnecessary work, tried to convince to buy work not required by Hyundai. Service Manager did not care what his staff had tried to do -- certainly no cares for the customer. Avoid these people or loose your money. More

Excellence from Start to Finish I do not know of any other dealership service department that goes out of their way to make their customers feel at ease and informed as Hall Hyundai. Fulfilling the negative stereo-type I had a tail light burn out and weld to the wire harness. I had to get it towed because it tripped a fuse that wouldn't allow the push button start t I had a tail light burn out and weld to the wire harness. I had to get it towed because it tripped a fuse that wouldn't allow the push button start to work ( couldn't sense the brake was depressed). When I spoke to Jeff, he stated that I needed a new brake light assembly. I question him on wether or not They could just replace the wire harness. He assured me that the brake light assembly had been damaged and needed to be replaced. He quoted me a price if $235. He then told me they had to order the part but it would be there the following day, He then proceeded to tell me there was a bracket loose in the engine compartment and a steering coupler need to be replaced, I am still trying to figure out how diagnosing a taillight gets you in the engine compartment and the steering system, but I digress. When I arrived I was given a $335 bill. I pushed back on the price and explained that wasn't what we agreed to over the phone. I then asked for the taillight assembly. Upon inspection it was as I originally suspected, the only part that needed to be replaced was the wire harness. I told him I was only paying for a harness. He agreed and adjusted the bill once they were caught. I will never go back to Hall Hyundai More
