I bought a Hyundai at a different dealership a few years back and was totally put off by their service department. So much that when I decided to buy a new car, I decided to try Southern Hyundai. Best decis back and was totally put off by their service department. So much that when I decided to buy a new car, I decided to try Southern Hyundai. Best decision I ever made. The buying process was very smooth but the service department is outstanding. I have had to use the service department a couple of times, outside of just the normal servicing, and they were very accommodating...(bolt in a tire etc!) I will buy my next car from Southern primarily because of their service department! More

My scheduled appt for oil change was at 10:00 am. After waiting 45 I asked when my car would be taken back for service. I was told it would be about another hour before it was taken back. I wish I would have known it was approximately a two hour wait when I arrived as I would have rescheduled. I then rescheduled and my husband had to bring my car back a few hours later and wait an hour until service was completed. A little friendly customer service could have really made a difference. I’ve been coming there for years. More
