I made several phone calls, left 7-8 messages, and finally had to call the Buick dealership to send someone to walk over with a note to Kia service center. I left the vehicle at 7 pm the evening prior with the key and note in the night drop box. I started calling the next day at 1000, 1030, 1100 12-1 and finally after 2pm started getting answers. Your service center sucks, I can only believe this is a leadership challenge. More
I don't even understand why I'm getting this now when I picked up the car in August (it's now late October..so that shows you how "efficient" they are). I wouldn't take my car back to this store if it was the last dealership in the state. It took them nearly 70 days, with an appointment, to get my car into the shop and fixed. When they finally got it in the shop and stopped lying to me, the repair was completed in half a day. While they had my car just sitting on their lot, they also damaged it, which required taking it to a body shop (to their credit, they did pay for the bodywork repair...even their partner body shop reps said this service department is a dumpster fire). I was directly lied to by several staff at the store. Basically, the entire store, from the GM down, needs to be let go. The only person who actually helped me was the last service advisor I worked with, who finally got the repair initiated. Literally, hire the sketchiest person you can find off the street who claims they know cars before you take your car to this dealership. More

I had to pay $40 for my tire rotation but nobody considered comping that for the long wait and inconvenience. If it weren’t for the free oil changes and state inspections I would go somewhere else! The service center is hard to get a hold of and they never call you back. No one answers the phone. Mostly get ..leave a message.
