Do not respond to phone calls. Took me 3 visits to get back up camera safety recall done. However, when I go in and talk to someone face to face they are pleasant and helpful. Shuttle driver was tailgating. Swerving in and out of lanes. He hopped up a curb and went almost completely off the road and all he said was "oh xxxx" very unprofessional and unsaf Swerving in and out of lanes. They are horrible, no follow up , do not keep there word when stuff will be done , had to get a door handle fixed, they put on an unpainted door handle, service person tried to tell me some people don’t w when stuff will be done , had to get a door handle fixed, they put on an unpainted door handle, service person tried to tell me some people don’t want there parts painted. It took 2 months for them to finally get the handle painted and it took an extra 3 days after they said it would be ready. Went to get warranty work down one time and I asked them will this be done in two days , I can’t leave my car more than 2 days . If it can’t I’ll schedule later in the month. They tell me no problem then don’t bother to call me to tell me they can’t finish in two days and tell me there really busy and couldn’t get to it. I said why did you tell me you could , oh we can promise that , but they did. Just be honest up front and tell me to schedule a later time when I can leave it longer. The sales department is also terrible. Took an extra months to get plates for a new car, the. They gave me the wrong ones and I had to drive out to Chesapeake to pick up the correct ones. Sales manager was pushy , in short avoid Southern Kia at all costs. I have free oil changes with my new sorrento and I prefer to pay at a mechanic that is actually truthful More

The dealership was clean and they had water in the waiting area. But two issues I had one being I have to go back and have my oil counter reset cause it was not done.
