My vehicle was the subject of a Kia technical service bulletin that had just been released and required special handling. Southern Kia Virginia Beach went out of their way to make sure that I was not inc bulletin that had just been released and required special handling. Southern Kia Virginia Beach went out of their way to make sure that I was not inconvenienced, including providing valet service to and from my home while it was serviced.. Went to southern kia vb for a tire rotation and alignment. Left after 2 hours with vehicle and discovered the steering wheel off center. The service manager was no help and provided no compensatio alignment. Left after 2 hours with vehicle and discovered the steering wheel off center. The service manager was no help and provided no compensation other than a 60 credit but i do not plan to return to this service center. Gm Brett Lloyd gm wasn't available. After second alignment the steering wheel is still off center. More
