The service center is the absolute worst I have ever experienced at a dealership, my car was running perfectly fine before I took it here. For the 14 years I have been a faithful Southern. customer. I have purchased 3 Souls and always had my service done there and given Southern Kia a 5-Star review. This time they let me down! My car was there for a week, 7 days,and for 5 days was never told why it was taking so long. No returns of voice mails…nothing! Not until I left multiple very irate messages to several people did it finally hit someone’s desk who took steps to find out what was going on. Of course after that everyone started calling and texting to say they were waiting for a part but it was too late for common courtesy and professionalism! I already had spent a fortune on Lyft to get to appointments and work…even had to cancel some things. I should have been told at the get-go what was happening and offered a loaner car! In the end RT apologized profusely which I appreciated very much! More
