I bought window guards from Weather Tech and was unable to install them myself. I took them to Southern Team and they flat out said they couldn't be installed. It took me ONE phone call to Weather Tech to to install them myself. I took them to Southern Team and they flat out said they couldn't be installed. It took me ONE phone call to Weather Tech to find out how to reset the window sensor. THEY should know how to do this. They are a dealer! More

Brought my 2022 outback in for an oil change and tire rotation. Despite requesting my full-size spare be included (same age and nearly identical tread depth), it was excluded without notice - only correc rotation. Despite requesting my full-size spare be included (same age and nearly identical tread depth), it was excluded without notice - only corrected after I flagged it, adding an extra hour to my wait. Tire pressures were again overfilled, ignoring the specs on the door panel. And although the engineer filter was marked 'needs immediate replacement', no one mentioned it- I discovered it on the report at home and replaced it myself. Disappointed by the lack of communication and attention to detail. Subaru can do better. More
