The waiting room used to feel classy. Like I bought from a good dealer. I bought 2 cars from here. Now I can't even get a bottle of water. The service charge for installing 2 light bulbs, Like I bought from a good dealer. I bought 2 cars from here. Now I can't even get a bottle of water. Could not have asked for better service from everyone we spoke to. We had a repair that ended up being covered under our extended warranty and our warranty company required an inspection of the vehicle two spoke to. We had a repair that ended up being covered under our extended warranty and our warranty company required an inspection of the vehicle two different times. We were offered a loaner vehicle during this time which we very much appreciated. When the repair was completed we were not asked to pay the deductible due to the delay in getting a confirmation that the repairs would be covered. Jennifer and some of the others provided great customer service and kept us informed during the entire process. Thank you for such great service!! More
