I was completely satisfied with the whole environment of the service area on the day that I left my car. I was told the parts had to be ordered and my car was not safe to drive. I asked about a rental and t the service area on the day that I left my car. I was told the parts had to be ordered and my car was not safe to drive. I asked about a rental and the nice young man (sorry, I'm horrible with names,) offered me one, free of charge. That was amazing. I appreciate the kindness so much. When I explained that the repair cost was going to really hurt me, he was able to even help me with that. The only thing that has me upset is the fact that I am required to write 15 word minimum. Obviously I don't have a problem with the number. But I do have a problem being forced to do anything. Don't tell me I 'have' to do something. I'm not in a concentration camp. More

My car was scheduled to have the phantom touches and the touch screen fixed. The dealership found other issues that I agreed to have fixed. My experience was just not good. Holly and Brian treated me well and I appreciate that. Morris, he did his job. Juan was rude. Actually told me to go somewhere else when I told him I had a couple of offers for my trade in, more than he was offering. Beyond that there was a lot of running around. Poor Holly literally ran herself to death trying to help me. It took me 3 hours to just get through the financials, and I came with my car (and title) plus the a check for the outstanding balance. I had to be chauffeured to another location and then back to VW. It would have taken longer but I cut off the demo of the cars features so I could go pick my son up from school. The test I had to take while waiting on Morris to do the financials was quite immature and very condescending. Then in all that time the car wasn’t cleaned up at all, inside or out and poor Holly had to get my license plates moved in between another customer and playing chauffeur. I appreciate the maintenance package, I hope that process is easier than the buying process. More
