Always good service from First Team service department! I wish I could say the same about Subaru in general. Subaru sent me a survey about by new car. I returned it with 2 pages of typed comments and co I wish I could say the same about Subaru in general. Subaru sent me a survey about by new car. I returned it with 2 pages of typed comments and concerns and the only response I got was an email asking about my interaction with Subaru. What interaction? No one every responded to my survey! Always nice customer service when I get my car serviced. The wait time could’ve been better as I had scheduled an appointment but had to wait almost two hours just for an oil change and tire rotation.
