This is the first time that I have dealt with Southern Team Hyundai service and I am not sure if I will deal with them again. It has been 3 weeks and I still do not have my car and a service loaner was no Team Hyundai service and I am not sure if I will deal with them again. It was very difficult to get in touch with someone after leaving multiple messages with no return calls for an update. I don’t mind not having my car for that long as long as I get updates about it. I was told my car would be ready to go last week and we had to call to get the update that the part would not be in and it would it would be another week. I still do not have my car and I do not have an update on when it will be finished. More
