Every time I bring my car in it leaves with a new issue. Same thing this time. I’ve brought this up to the service manager but nothing seems to happen except the old “dang that stinks”. I would tell anyone not to purchase anything from this dealer - even though the purchasing process for both cars we own from there was great. I guess they excel selling you things and then fall short keeping their promises and work done. More

Once I got an appointment, I was impressed. The facility is comfortable and attentive to consumer needs (beverages, computer center, charging center). Dan P was more than helpful, communicative, informative and jovial (at 2p on a Saturday)! He was exceptional! I need to bring to your attention the difficulty I had getting an appointment. I called 4 times over 3 weeks and was on hold, given only an option to leave a voicemail which was never answered. It became clear that the first people to answer the phone would transfer the call to the (non - answering) service center if they were uninformed of some simple policies. I wanted a loaner. Dan explained the criteria for providing a loaner. If those who answered the phone first knew that criteria, it wouldn’t have taken 3 weeks to get an appointment. The other issue is the service center doesn’t return voice mails. More
