Mike Kazee was excellent and the person I dealt with my past two visits! However, the woman who answered my call was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. A light was on in my car saying my tire pressure past two visits! However, the woman who answered my call was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. A light was on in my car saying my tire pressure was low and I wasn't sure if I needed an appointment. I told her about the light being on and she very up abruptly to me, "well go to the gas station and put air in my tire! I said I had been told that I needed nitrogen to fill my tires when I bought the car. She again told me to go to the gas station and fill my tires. I really didn't appreciate being treated so rudely. I was pleasant with her throughout the whole phone call and there was no reason to treat me as badly as she did! More

This is the first time that I have dealt with Southern Team Hyundai service and I am not sure if I will deal with them again. It has been 3 weeks and I still do not have my car and a service loaner was no Team Hyundai service and I am not sure if I will deal with them again. It has been 3 weeks and I still do not have my car and a service loaner was not offered while the dealership was working on it. It was very difficult to get in touch with someone after leaving multiple messages with no return calls for an update. I don’t mind not having my car for that long as long as I get updates about it. I was told my car would be ready to go last week and we had to call to get the update that the part would not be in and it would it would be another week. I still do not have my car and I do not have an update on when it will be finished. More
