Costly repairs were performed on my vehicle without my permission. No resolution was offered until I insisted on only paying for the diagnostic I requested. The problem clearly should have fallen under the 10 year “warranty”, but it seems there is often a convenient loop hole to warranty repairs. Makes me question ever buying another Hyundai! More

Service is great once it happens. Very hard to reach the dealership by phone, I usually have to go in person to get any updates on my car. Recently had my car towed there on a Thursday and it wasn’t even looked at until Monday - all that was wrong was a dead battery, which should’ve taken one day at most to diagnose and repair. Very frustrating and disappointing to not have a car for five days only to find out that it was a simple fix. And to have to go not once but twice in person trying to get an update on the car. More

When I took my car to the wrong station, staff was most helpful to direct me to rhe correct place. When my car was finished, Ryan was proactive by scheduling my inspection and next oil change. The entire process was great and Ryan was spot on!
