2 things in the past that rubbed me the wrong way. 1. One of the Subarus that I purchased brand new and kept in the garage couldn't pass the state inspection code after only 1 or 2 years because of fa 1. One of the Subarus that I purchased brand new and kept in the garage couldn't pass the state inspection code after only 1 or 2 years because of faulty windshield wipers. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told ' why are you worried about it, it's covered under warranty'. Couldn't believe he actually said that. 2. Came to the dealership all the way from Botetourt County to look at a used vehicle that I saw on your website, and was told when I arrived that it wasn't ready yet and there was no way I could see the car. I was then promised that I would be contacted as soon as it was ready and that additional pictures would be sent to my phone. A week went by and I hadn't heard a word, so I went back to the dealership to find that the car was being sold at that very moment. Not happy. That's 2 strikes. I've bought 2 new Subaru vehicles from you guys, but one more strike and I'll be headed to Terry or Shelor for the next one. More
