I used to love First Team, but new ownership has changed things and they are not good. I showed up on time for my appointment for an inspection and waited over an hour to finally ask how long it would be. I things and they are not good. I showed up on time for my appointment for an inspection and waited over an hour to finally ask how long it would be. I was told it was next in line to go into the shop. I was flabbergasted!! My time is valuable and this was a waste. I was offered the option of taking my car and going home and rescheduling. I said no thank you, but please understand how frustrating it is to have an appointment and have my time wasted. I was then told that the appointment time is only to be “allowed” to check my car in to the service station; the rest was whenever the technicians were available. Are you serious? An hour and 40 minutes later (and no car wash), it was ready. They also claimed I needed new wiper blades, but when I stated they were replaced at my last oil change 2 months prior, I was told I must have been lied to (by the same dealership), and then my wipers were brought to me with 2” on each end torn off and flapping. Hilarious. I had just washed my windshield on my way there and would have noticed. I may not return for the routine maintenance I have kept on the car I bought there brand new 5 years ago. Terrible new management. Also, everyone looked sloppy and unprofessional, which was never the case previously. 4 of our family cars have been purchased at First Team; Southern Team will likely not get our future business.
