Tim is always so much help. He always lets me know everything that needs to be serviced on my vehicle and tells me why but he never pressure me in to getting any work done. I placed an order for a new tire and needed it installed on a wheel. I brought my wheel to the service desk where Joe helped me to the parts counter. I spoke with the young woman and she insured my tire wil on a wheel. I brought my wheel to the service desk where Joe helped me to the parts counter. I spoke with the young woman and she insured my tire will be installed and to have a good day. They next day I called for an update and was told that they don’t have record of me coming in and they can’t find my wheel. After waiting for another day I called and was told my tire was ready. I would appreciate a little more professionalism from this dealership. More
