I was preparing to purchase a new vehicle prior to moving down to Florida from Delaware. I searched the web and found South Side Kia in Jacksonville. I called South Side and spoke to a lovely gentlemen named Moe. He said that he was in charge of the internet department and he could assist me 1000 miles away in purchasing my Kia Sportage. Moe walked me through every step and even overnighted the final paperwork for delivery. One week later I arrived in Jacksonville in a rental car. The Finance Director actually picked me up from Avis car rental in my new Sportage. Talk about customer service... I will forever purchase all my vehicle from South Side Kia as it has turned out to be the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. During my search for the perfect car for my new family I stumbled upon southside kia. I entered and immediatley was greated by a young man "Jonathan" he informed my husband and I that he was new to the deal stumbled upon southside kia. I entered and immediatley was greated by a young man "Jonathan" he informed my husband and I that he was new to the dealership and would be helping us along with his mentor Chris Pinard.After a short disscusion about what we were looking for we were shown a kia soul, immediatley I was elated with joy,this car was cute.Not only was it cute it was spacious and terrific on gas milage.Jonathan proceded to suggest a test drive and off we went.During my test drive Jonathan explained all the awesome features of the car,he was friendly,fun,and very knowlageable.He explained everything and then some,it was the one for me.We returned to the dealership where we met with chris and handled all the logistics of the purchasing.We all know that can be very time consuming,I was feeling a little hungry and chris offered me his own personal banana from his lunch.He made a very long tedious task fun and easy,by the end of the day we were all joking and having a great time.Then it was time for me to leave in my new car!Jonathan came out and personally set up my bluetooth showed me how to do it myself and off I went.Needless to say I love my Kia and the customer service at Southside Kia was amaizing!! After receiving a terrible price from this dealership on a sorento I walked out and bought a Nissan Xterra. This dealership has called me several times a day every day several times a day. I informed them that I was quoted too high and that I purchased a car elsewhere. They apologized and said the sales rep should never have let me walk at that price and that he would no longer be working there. I was told they hoped i enjoyed the nissan and hoped that I would consider kia in the future. That should have been the end of it. But I received another phone call the next day from the same sales rep wanting to know what he could do to put me in a Kia. I would caution anyone against giving these people any contact information. And dont expect to ask for one price shopping, they will still highball you and make you play the hour long negotiation game. More

As we had to rent a car until we purchased a new one, we wasted four days of our time and money dealing with this dealership. We were assured that no later than Wednesday the paperwork would be completed and we would be driving away with a new car. Late Wednesday night(9 pm) we received a call from chris(now he knows me) still trying to sell me a car. Trust me, stay away from Chris, he is extremely pushy, he's dishonest, and unprofessional. More
