I took my vehicle, 2020 KiaTelluride, to SW Kia for recalls. Unbeknownst to me it was out of alignment (how strange with all the potholes in our roads). I added that to my service. When repairing my ve recalls. Unbeknownst to me it was out of alignment (how strange with all the potholes in our roads). I added that to my service. When repairing my vehicle, my service advisor, Amelia, brought to my attention pictures of the cabin air filter (it was black), & my air filter was also pretty dirty. Because this may be my last vehicle, I want to keep it in good condition. There were some recommended maintenance issues that I suspected were missed. Those were updated too. When I purchased my Telluride I purchased an extended warranty, with the purpose of keeping my vehicle in good condition for many years. These services were per Kia manual. I am very happy with this dealership and my service advisor, Amelia. I guess they got tired of me sitting in the waiting room, because after a few hours, I was offered a rental vehicle (no cost to me). So I visited a nearby friend and picked up my vehicle when it was ready. Yes all the services cost me a bit, but no more than if the services were completed on time. I'm all up to date and my Telluride is purring. Thank you Amelia & SW Kia. More
