I had seen great reviews for Marlen Hernandez and after a total year of research and about 3 months deciding between a Kia or Toyota or even a Honda I made an appt with Marlen. Total time took about 3 hrs but I did arrive around 6 and the only time I waited a bit longer was for finance but that is because it was past closing time and it was a bit busy that day. Marlen was super sweet and informative. She knew all the details I would care about and did not bombard me trying to sell the car. We got along great and shared many laughs. As a young woman coming into a dealer by myself purchasing a car by myself for the first time I knew it would be a challenge. I left with a brand new car and a payment that I am proud of. I felt happy and Marlen was just as excited for me. She gets a 10/10 from me. To everyone reading this please do your research but also be ready to expect the unexpected and adapt as you go along the process. What you may be 100% sure about may change while the other aspect you were weary about may be set in stone early. Do not forget a dealership is to make a Deal. Have fun along the process and know your boundaries. I came in confident and left even better. More

I came up to the dealership on Friday to get the theft update for my Kia. Something was wrong with the system so I was told to come back on Monday. So I called up there to check on the system to see if it update for my Kia. Something was wrong with the system so I was told to come back on Monday. So I called up there to check on the system to see if it was working before driving up there. I was put on hold 4 different times and was on hold for 45 mins at one point. They then hung up on me back to back times of me calling back to see what was going on. If they didn't know how to handle my issue they could have said so but they choose to just be rude and hang with no answer. More
