We were NOT told that neither the sound system in the 2022 Kia or the 2018 Chev Colorado would have access to XM or SAT stations since we like to listen to the "old radio programs" since we cannot listen to our books on cd anymore. In fact our sales person Karky said 3 weeks ago now that there was an adaptor he was looking into for us to be able to get our Sat or Xm back and that he would let us know something but it has been weeks now and no one has called or emailed to let us know about this. It was in all NOT the experience we expected from South West Kia of Dallas whom we have dealt with many times in the past and long time Kia loyalty customers. We came back out here from FORNEY because we did not feel that the Kia dealership in Mesquite was a good "fit" for us. NOW we end up being doubly disappointed. -Shelley and Morris Oliver
