My experience at Kia this visit was great!! The guy who helped me was very courteous and attentive to my concerns. On the service, I guess that the service techs are doing an excellent job because I never helped me was very courteous and attentive to my concerns. I did notice a small amount of oil that leaked in my garage from my car. I’m not sure when it started but I didn’t have e any leaks or anything before bringing my car in for spark plugs and an oil change. I’m hoping that maybe some oil wasted and was leaking off from being wasted. I’m gonna keep a look out for more oil More

This was literally the best experience I’ve ever had with the dealership. Larry the service manager was excellent and definitely deserves a raise in my opinion. I broke down in Hillsboro Texas with an autistic child the motor had went out. I had to have it towed from Hillsboro to Seagoville went to the Kia dealership in Mesquite and was told that it would be three weeks before they could even do a diagnosis on it. I was letting the same day and my surprise Larry himself called the rental car company and got me their rate until Kia took over . They ordered my engine and within a week it was putting in and I was back on the road. There was no hassle no long wait and the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life I will not take my Kia to another Kia dealership Ever this is by far the best. The next time I’m going to buy my next Kia it will be definitely from this dealership. More
