In response to your review although the appointment was for an inspection-the maintenance minder was at 20% for an oil change. When you enter the service drive we have an alignment checker which indicated the vehicle was out of alignment. Upon inspection by the technician the vehicle passed state inspection, however it was suggested that the filters (engine and cabin) be replaced due to being dirty (filters were taken and shown to your wife) and it was also suggested that the brake fluid be changed due to age (3 yrs) on the 2020 MDX. Your wife agreed to the suggested maintenance. The Acura is not a poorly made vehicle and based on what was shown/told to your wife we don't feel you got "fleeced". This is standard maintenance for your vehicles health. All services were presented as required by Acura maintenance schedule and accepted. Tires are much more costly than a $160 alignment.
