The employees are rude to customers they don’t greet the customer, or ask if they need help. They interrupt customers when they’re talking to other employees. No please or thank you. No hi or excuse me. For the amount of money that someone spends at this dealership the employees can at least be polite. Just because they’re the only Acura dealership in the area is not an excuse. Abigail was very polite and eager to offer assistance.
