Was disappointed that an oil change & tire rotation took an hour and a half. However, they honored a special deal that had been sent to me which made the price very reasonable, so that was a plus. The service representative was friendly upon my arrival, but never offered anything in the way of an update during the long wait. The actual work done was fine insofar as I can determine. I am still a customer today, unfortunately Chris has passed on but the amazing sales team is still providing amazing customer service. Before we met I spoke with her briefly on my lunch break and shared my situation and what I was looking for.
