No communication. Everytime I called I was met with attitude and lies about when my car would be done. No rental was offered and I didn't have my car for a week. I was told it was rusted as if it was my fault that they broke it. The whole ordeal was ridiculous not to mention they told me I had to pay at pick up when I was told I was covered by my warranty and there was no word of that prior to getting my car when I spoke to the manager he assumed that's why I was upset. First I had no problem with my service advisor, Noah. He was polite, answering all my questions and was knowledgeable. Second the work done by the mechanic was great. Third the dealership practices are terrible. They email you coupons for discounts on oil changes but they don’t appear on the bill. You don’t know till you go to pay your bill that there is a 3% surcharge for payment with a credit card. Their IT system for emails and call backs does not work. They do not respond back. More

Inquired about unscheduled oil change over phone on Saturday. Was told morning was busy and 1pm would be better. When I got there, it seemed to be more inconvenience for the staff but they got me in.
