It is unfortunate that I have had to resort to this, but I have been unable to get any return phone calls from Paul Wilson following a conversation we had after a service appointment at this dealership. I have been unable to get any return phone calls from Paul Wilson following a conversation we had after a service appointment at this dealership. I have now had two separate service experiences at this dealership where I was contacted and informed that my vehicle required repairs costing thousands of dollars. The first time, my vehicle was only slightly out of warranty. I went back and forth with Jeep corporate regarding the issue and was eventually told I would be refunded for the repair. I was never issued a refund and, all communication stopped, and I was unable to get in contact with anyone. I raised this issue with the dealership’s Service Manager during my next service visit and was told they would assist me; however, nothing was ever done. During my second experience of being quoted another repair in the thousands of dollars, I pushed back more firmly and was eventually able to get the cost significantly reduced. When I picked up my vehicle, I spoke with Paul, who took my contact information along with emails related to my first issue and said he would look into everything and follow up with me. I never heard back from him. Every time I called and attempted to speak with him, I was told he was in a meeting and would return my call. Weeks later, I am still waiting. The customer service from this service department is, unfortunately, consistent with my experience with Jeep corporate customer service. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to this service department unless you are prepared to overpay for repairs. More

Went in for alignment,recall, and front collision light being on again. Alignment and recall went fine. I go to pay and they try to charge me 250 dollars to reset the sensor . Nothing wrong with sensor just hook computer up and reset eensor is my guess. Didnt charge me last time at 30,000 miles . Now at 40,000 miles Never was told it would cost that much.They told me alignment cost called me when they said parking break switch was broke and what that would cost. Said no to that . Nothing about an obvious software issue. Never would have had it done. So I refused to pay that part. The man Arial the service person was extremely rude kept saying I was yelling when I wasn't. That I kept interrupting him wich I was just trying to having a conversation with him and he didn't like what I was saying. I bought a jeep 4000 dollar extended warranty. that I paid even more for , to cover all the electronics. Then sends me to service manager he and I dont see it the same way and he throws me out and says they dont want low quality people there and refuses to let me pay for the alignment. He tells me Never to come back and he's putting me in the system. This happened on 01/08/2026 at 4:00. 2 people that are Extremely unprofessional in the service department. Lisa was very nice though. Finally got around to fixing the parking break. Guess what was wrong with it? When they hooked up computer theypulled the plug out below the parking break switch. When they put it back they jammed it back in and jammed the switch. They wanted to charge me 400 dollars for a switch they messed up. This is a bad dealer More

I brought my vehicle in in late September October 10th, the vehicle was supposedly fixed. I picked up vehicle immediately after pulling out of the lot had to return to the lot. I don't know how this slipped through the mechanic. The guy in charge at the time told me how the mechanics suck there.And things always were returned, 2 weeks goes by.I call to see what's going on.I can't get through to anybody another week goes by so I finally decide to come in person. The guy's supposed to leave got fired or quit who was in charge of my truck. Nobody knew the truck was there to be looked at again. Now it's November 11th and I still have no word on my truck. The customer service here sucks the mechanics.Obviously don't know what the xxxx they're doing.I would not recommend this and they haven't even tried to make anything bright in this situation More
