Very bad experience, unethical I visited the dealer but could not agree on a price. They called me after I left and we reached an agreement by phone. Said I couldn't get back in unt I visited the dealer but could not agree on a price. They called me after I left and we reached an agreement by phone. Said I couldn't get back in until tomorrow at 9 am. Said no problem. I emailed all the info requested like finance info, insurance info, etc. I call back in the afternoon to make sure they had all they needed. They sold the vehicle to someone else! Not very ethical! More

I went into the dealership just looking to test drive a 2020 Kia Stinger GT (I had yet to mak I had an excellent experience at Spitzer Kia Cleveland. I went into the dealership just looking to test drive a 2020 Kia Stinger GT (I had yet to make up my mind on what new vehicle I was wanting to purchase). The car is amazing and has all the performance, style, and luxury I was looking for, but what really sold me was the customer service I received from all the Spitzer Kia employees. Jayden Black was my sales associate and he was not only a straight up guy but was also extremely knowledgeable about the car. He was able to answer 90% of my questions and the ones that he wasn't he followed-up after he found the answer. He helped me throughout the entire process to the point where I was pulling the car off the lot. He has a bright future in the car sales industry. Bill Gilmore the Finance Manager also did an excellent job explaining the finances and walking me through the entire process. More
