Miracle makers Dealing with Spitzer Kia was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Jim Crail, and Jeremy, the finance manager went over and beyond what a Dealing with Spitzer Kia was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Jim Crail, and Jeremy, the finance manager went over and beyond what any other dealership would do. We weren't in the best financial spot, but I had to turn a lease from another dealership. We just happened to stop in to see what was available, with our situation. I will tell you, Jim and Jeremy worked diligently to find us a great car which we could afford. Unfortunately, that was short lived. Bought on Saturday, it was totaled on Monday. UGH!!! I thank God that Jeremy was so insistent that I buy the Gap insurance. I balked, but he won. He saved me from disaster!! Now we were back at square 1. Jeremy handled all the paperwork between the bank, and insurance companies. It took a week to settle all the paperwork, and then they put us in another great car. I have to say, Jim Crail and Jeremy worked really hard on this deal! I don't think I will ever go anywhere else. More
