Walking me through everything was so appreciated and her friendly, witty personality won me over! The manager was also very nice and was generous with my trade in amount. Then there was Vicent Viscusi... He explained the financing and perks to me in great detail and answered all my questions. He too, was so friendly and patient with me. All three stayed after hours until the process was done and I was happy with my purchase. The end result was: I got the trade in value I wanted, the new car I wanted, the monthly payment I wanted and I'm still in shock with the warranties and perks Kia gave me such as car washes, oil changes, $50 service fee (if needed in the future) and even roadside assistance! That just names a FEW of the perks. I will definitely return to this dealership and this wonderful team in the future! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle! My friend who came with me plans to purchase his next car from them as well. Like me, he too was very impressed with the outstanding service given!!!! More
